About
The Right Fit College Fairs are designed to connect with local high school parents, students and school counselors so that when you come to one of our events, you can trust it has been well-marketed and promoted. The people on our team that organizes these fairs are college counselors with extensive experience in hosting fairs and Ivy World Events is committed to providing a comfortable experience for our college reps. Our college fairs do not allow vendors and cap the number of sponsors and advertisers that collaborate with us. This is so that the focus of the events is on the colleges themselves.

- Recruitment and distribution of literature is restricted to the parameters of the booth.
- Demonstrations such as food preparation, mascots, drawings (raffles), competitions, or similar activities are not permitted.
- Displays should not exceed the parameters of the booth (standard height is eight feet) or obstruct the view of adjacent booths.
- Use of space, regardless of the number of linear booths utilized, e.g. 10ft by 20ft. display materials, should be arranged so as not to obstruct the sight lines of neighboring exhibitors. The maximum height of 8ft is allowed only in the rear half of the booth space, with a 4ft height restriction imposed on all free-standing floor displays in the remaining space forward to the aisle.
- End-cap booths are generally 10ft deep by 20ft wide. End cap booth backdrops size can be 16ft (wide) x 8ft (height) x 4ft (deep). Use of free standing floor displays over 4 feet should be included in the 16x8x4 area.
- Aisles must be kept completely clear of materials and displays. Open flames, butane gas, oxygen tanks or other flammable substances are not permitted. Depending on the fire ordinances of the host city, certain materials may be required to withstand a fireproof test.

- Small promotional giveaways are permitted (ex. Pens, pennants, pins, lanyards, and coasters). Ball items (ex. stress balls, mini-footballs, basketballs) are not permitted.
- In order to ensure all attendees and exhibitors have a positive experience, please notify event volunteers if you encounter solicitors or any unauthorized activity.
- Complete the exhibitor evaluation after the fair. A link to the online survey will be emailed to the primary contact of your institution.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in your institution being asked to vacate your booth and the College Fair.
